A little over a month... Sorry.

So, I just returned from my new financial endeavor. One, which I should probably have my head examined for. I'm currently in New Mexico -long story, which I will tell later... I'm really tired... Back to the new endeavor. My family ran a food business several years ago- actually, replace the several with 7 and you'd be getting to the more accurate date. Being fully immersed in the business, from about 11 until leaving the state, I never, nor did my siblings ever think I return to subject myself to past wounds- in this case, I guess you could call them past-production... no pun intended. Anyway, as you are probably partially confused at this point, I'll cut to the chase. I've returned for the next couple months to try and revitalize the dormant business. I just returned from working the whole day on the products- at a commercial kitchen. Adding up all the investment into the product and amount of person hours involved in creating it, it isn't a very wise choice for making money... Fortunately, I'm looking past the business fog and realize that to make money off the product- real money- requires outsourcing the production, or selling the recipes.

So anyway, here I am in NM. Attempting to grasp whether or not this will and whether or not I truly want to get re-involved with the stuff.
